How do I get personalized quotes?
Go to Settings → Personalization and fill in your preferences including zodiac sign, religious preferences, relationship status, and employment. The app will then provide quotes tailored to your profile.
How do I save quotes to my favorites?
Simply tap the heart icon on any quote to save it to your favorites. You can access all your saved quotes in the Favorites tab.
How do I set up daily reminders?
Go to Settings → Notifications and enable "Daily Reminder". You can then choose your preferred time to receive daily motivational quotes.
What are the premium features?
Premium features include unlimited AI-generated quotes, access to exclusive categories, advanced analytics, cloud sync, custom themes, and unlimited reminders. Monthly subscription is $2.99, yearly is $25.00 (30% savings).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Uplift → Cancel Subscription.
How does the streak tracking work?
Your streak increases each day you open the app and view a quote. Missing a day will reset your streak to 0. The streak counter is displayed on the home screen.
Can I share quotes with friends?
Yes! Tap the share button on any quote to share it via text message, social media, or any other app on your device.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases to restore your premium subscription if you've reinstalled the app or are using it on a new device.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

App Not Loading

  • Check your internet connection
  • Force close the app and restart it
  • Restart your device
  • Update to the latest version of the app

Notifications Not Working

  • Go to iPhone Settings → Uplift → Notifications and ensure they're enabled
  • Check that "Allow Notifications" is turned on
  • Verify your notification time is set correctly in the app

Premium Features Not Unlocking

  • Go to Settings → Restore Purchases
  • Check your Apple ID Account Settings to confirm subscription is active
  • Contact support if the issue persists

Quotes Not Personalizing

  • Go to Settings → Personalization and ensure your preferences are filled out
  • Try refreshing the app by pulling down on the home screen
  • Check that you have an active internet connection for AI-generated content
